Big Sky has a group of experienced salespeople who understand your business and the building trade.

On average, our representatives have over 10 years of experience selling SIPs, and about half have experience as contractors or working for contractors.

You won't often find us sitting behind a desk. Most of the time we're in the field, helping contractors get a preliminary understanding of shop drawings, bringing crews up-to-speed on installation techniques, and ensuring all the panels and materials are onsite and ready. We aim to proactively resolve any concerns or complications, so the project keeps moving.

Sales is supported by a top-notch group of drafters and an administrative staff equally dedicated to the success of your job.

Design Knowledge

If you do your own design, you can appreciate how important it is to work with good drafters. It's a matter of pride with our drafting team that our drawings fit easily into the customer's design.

Extra care is taken to ensure that our product is easy to install. Many of our drafters worked in construction before they joined Big Sky, so we can appreciate the benefit of having clear directions and fewer steps.

We review every design for opportunities to simplify, whether that's minimizing the number of panels or making small adjustments to reduce the number of crane picks.

Maybe most importantly, our project coordinators and shipping supervisor work closely with contractors to sequence shipments, so panels arrive just when you need them.

You save precious staging space on your job site, and avoid storing and covering materials that arrived too early in the construction schedule.

Professional, Timely Quotes

Time is critical when you need to get a quote to your customer. We're here to help.

We've got an experienced team that's ready to work closely with you to meet customer expectations. We'll commit to getting our quote out within four days, but most are delivered in two.

What you receive is a complete quote, including the whole square footage, splines, sealant, fasteners, tape and house wrap. We tell you the whole story up front, so you're not scrambling later to find budget for "add ons" you didn't know you needed.

Delivery on Your Schedule

Managing construction projects is mostly about mastering time. Doing it well requires constant schedule adjustments, because the unexpected is sure to happen.

Your project's success is our primary goal at Big Sky. We work closely with you to understand your project, and schedule your job so it's delivered just when you need it.

But we know that projects don't always go quite as planned. When that happens, we're in your court. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your revised schedule.

Quick Answers to Installation Questions

Even experienced installers encounter applications where they're not quite sure how SIPs should be installed.

Our construction manual is a great resource for these situations. It answers about 99% of questions you'll have. It's available electronically on this website, but you can also get a printed book from any of our sales reps.

Some installation questions stem from unique project needs, and we aim to answer those in the shop drawing for your job.
